Where Presence becomes Practice

Rooted in lived experience, reflection, and intentional energy.

2025 was the year I learned how to love myself enough to begin many passion projects.

When others made me feel unbearable to witness, I learned the importance of taking the trips—both literal and internal. Of honoring myself, my timing, and my curiosity.

I learned that I can be intense, unapologetic, and fiercely protective, while also being deeply compassionate, driven, and creative. Both exist at the same time—and both are always changing.

I learned a lot through motherhood. That teaching a child to use their voice—even when it’s messy—is part of loving them well. That confidence begins at home. And that one of the greatest things I can model for my child is following through with my passions and dreams. Our role is not to be our children’s first critics, but their first witnesses—to guide without hindering, to let them be children while they can, so one day they can leave the nest without resentment and return without obligation.

From a young age, I learned how to navigate chaos—how to swim in many different waters. Over time, I realized each person is their own body of water, and understanding that changes how we meet one another. I believe we are mirrors. If you sit with someone long enough, you begin to see yourself—but first, you must learn to sit with yourself.

This belief is what led me to aura photography. I create spaces for people to slow down, be present, and see their energy reflected back to them in real time. This work is about witnessing—not fixing, not interpreting, not performing. Just honoring what is.

I’ve learned how to turn lessons into blessings. And moving into 2026, I walk forward with that knowing—grounded, intentional, and open to abundance.
